PNP nabs 5 most wanted fugitives in Central Luzon, Camarines Norte

Authorities arrested five individuals tagged as top most wanted fugitives in Central Luzon and Camarines Norte following separate manhunt operations conducted in Luzon.

MANILA, Philippines – Authorities arrested five individuals tagged as top most wanted fugitives in Central Luzon and Camarines Norte following separate manhunt operations conducted in Luzon.

Police Regional Offices in Central Luzon and Bicol Region on Tuesday reported the arrest of the five most wanted.

Among those arrested is Elizabeth Galas Asilo, the most wanted person in Aurora. Arrested Asilo in Barangay 3, Maria Aurora. The arrest was made on the basis of two counts of estafa with a recommended bail of P18,000 for each case.

The top 3 most wanted person in Bulacan, Alfredo Dela Cruz Manio, was served an arrest warrant for violating Section 5(B) of Republic Act No. 7610, or sexual assault, and lascivious conduct.

Similarly, the top most wanted in Hermosa, Bataan named Armingo Clavano Basino was apprehended based on a warrant for multiple counts of sexual assault, and lascivious conduct.

The top 9 most wanted person in Central Luzon, Edbernard Nepales Ebron, was captured in Quirino Grandstand, Manila for illegal recruitment, and six counts of estafa.

Meanwhile, according to the local police of Kasurog Bicol, Ariel Jose Guerrero, the most wanted man in San Lorenzo Ruiz, Camarines Norte, was arrested through a warrant issued for two counts of statutory rape with no bail recommended.  — Niña Cuasay, INQUIRER.net trainee
