Chinese man, aide nabbed for allegedly stalking potential kidnap victims in Pampanga

MABALACAT CITY — Policemen arrested on Monday a suspected rapist in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga province.

In a statement on Tuesday, Pampanga police director Colonel Levi Hope Basilio identified the suspect as Oscar Sacdalan Jr., 49, of the capital city.

He said the suspect was the most wanted person in San Fernando.

In a separate statement, San Fernando police officer-in-charge Lieutenant Colonel Preston Bagangan said his men tracked down Sacdalan Jr. in Maimpis village.

Bagangan said Sacdalan was the subject of warrants issued by Judge Rohermia Jamjasani-Rodriguez of the San Fernando Family Court Branch 9 for sexual assault of a minor with no recommended bail and two counts of acts of lasciviousness with a bail of P360,000.

Sacdalan was taken to the San Fernando police station for detention and processing of pertinent documents before presentation to the court. INQ
