“Nananatiling mababa ang tiyansa nito maging bagyo in the next 24 hours, pero hindi natin tinatanggal ang posibilidad na lumapit ito sa may Visayas, Mindanao area,” said Pagasa weather specialist Veronica Torres.

(The probability of it becoming a typhoon in the next 24 hours remains low, but we are not ruling out the possibility that it will approach the Visayas, Mindanao area.)
