2 rookie drug pushers busted in Cavite, Quezon; P156,000 shabu seized

LUCENA CITY – Anti-narcotics operatives arrested two neophyte drug pushers on Monday and Tuesday (Dec. 12 and 13) and seized over P156,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in buy-bust operations in Cavite and Quezon provinces.

Trifon Llamera was collared by the members of drug enforcement unit in Dasmariñas City, Cavite around 1:45 a.m. Tuesday in a sting operation in Barangay (village) Paliparan 3.

The police found the suspect, who is not included on the drug watch list, in possession of nine sachets of meth with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of P115,600.

Meanwhile, in Lucena City, Quezon, the operation by combined police operatives and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency agents led to the arrest of Wilson Daleon in Barangay Ibabang Iyam around 11:33 p.m. on Monday.

The suspect, tagged as a newly identified drug pusher, yielded P40,460 worth of shabu.

Both suspects were detained and faced complaints for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
