2 high-value pushers yield P170,000 ‘shabu’ in Cavite

Two “high-value” drug traders were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Dasmarinas City in Cavite province on Wednesday morning.

LUCENA CITY — Two “high-value” drug traders were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Dasmarinas City in Cavite province on Wednesday morning.

Cavite police reported that the provincial drug enforcement unit nabbed Raidah Pimpin and her partner Pagi Ontawar around 7 a.m. after they sold shabu (crystal meth) to an undercover cop in Barangay (village) Paliparan 3.

The police confiscated 25 grams of shabu with a Dangerous Drugs Board value of P170,000.

Police were tracking down the source of shabu peddled by the suspects.

The suspects were detained and are facing charges of violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
