Pagasa: Cloudy skies, isolated rain showers on Thursday
MANILA, Philippines — The combined effects of the intertropical convergence zone and the shear line will bring overcast skies with rain showers to many parts of the country on Thursday, the state weather bureau said.
In the latest update, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the entire Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Cagayan and Batanes would experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the said weather systems.
On the other hand, Metro Manila and the rest of the country are expected to have fair weather with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rain showers and thunderstorms, Pagasa added.
Pagasa did not raise a gale warning over the country’s seaboards.
