700 tricycle drivers in Zambales town get fuel subsidy

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — A total of 700 tricycle drivers here received fuel subsidies amid high oil prices, authorities said Thursday, November 24.

Mayor Edzel Lonzanida said that they distributed the financial assistance to subsidy beneficiaries on November 14 and November 22.

Each of the tricycle drivers received a P3,000 fuel subsidy from the local government.

At least 90 farmers here also received P1,000 worth of fertilizer discount coupons to assist them during the dry season. INQ
