MANILA, Philippines – In response to high petroleum prices, the Quezon City Government distributed on Tuesday fuel vouchers worth P1,000 each to 556 registered tricycle operators and drivers association (TODA) members based in the Sixth District.
Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte distributed the vouchers with District 6 action officer Mark Aldave and Quezon City Tricycle Regulation Division chief Ben Ibon III.
The program is mandated by City Ordinance SP 3100 S-2022.
In March, a total of 3,982 TODA members received fuel vouchers worth P500 pesos each from the Quezon City government.
