MANILA, Philippines — The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring overcast skies and rainfall in some parts of the country on Monday, according to a Sunday bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ are expected over the Eastern Visayas and Bicol regions and the provinces of Palawan, Quezon, Aurora, Quirino, Isabela, and Cagayan.
