LUCENA CITY — Two drivers of public utility vehicles tested positive for illegal drug use during a surprise testing Thursday on 106 bus and tricycle drivers at a transportation terminal in Santa Rosa City in Laguna province.

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said Friday that if the two drivers test positive in the confirmatory test, they would be endorsed to their local governments for intervention.
