Over 200 suspected criminals nabbed in 6 days in Laguna
LUCENA CITY — Police arrested 235 suspected criminals and confiscated more than P437,000 worth of illegal drugs in six days of operations in Laguna province.
Colonel Randy Glenn Silvio, Laguna police officer-in-charge, said in a report Tuesday, Oct. 25, that they collared 73 drug suspects in anti-criminality operations from Oct. 19 to 24.
The police seized 38.24 grams of shabu (crystal meth) and 631.54 grams of marijuana worth about P437,740.
Also arrested during the same period were 61 wanted felons, including murder suspect Gudito Rebano, most wanted person in the Calabarzon region; 99 illegal gamblers; and two persons for illegal firearms.
Authorities also seized four undocumented firearms.
