Magnitude 4.2 earthquake hits Davao Occidental
MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4.2 earthquake hits Davao Occidental on Wednesday, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
Phivolcs detected the earthquake at 1:14 a.m. and located its epicenter 296 kilometers southeast of Balut Island, Sarangani in Davao Occidental.

The tectonic earthquake’s depth of focus was 206 kilometers.
Phivolcs reported no Intensities, and no aftershocks and damages are expected.
