Final net satisfaction rating slightly decreases for Robredo, Sotto — SWS
MANILA, Philippines —The latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey, released on Monday, shows that former Vice President Leni Robredo and former Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III both saw a slight decrease in their final net satisfaction rating just before leaving office, while former House Speaker Allan Velasco scored an increase.
With 46% of adult Filipinos satisfied with Robredo’s performance and 38% unsatisfied, the latest survey found that Robredo’s satisfaction rating remained “neutral,” with a final net satisfaction rating of +7.
It was a drop of 1 point from Robredo’s net satisfaction rating of +9 in April of 2022.
Meanwhile, Sotto ended with a “very good” or +51 final net satisfaction rate as 66 percent of respondents said they were satisfied with his performance as Senate president. In contrast, 15 percent said they were dissatisfied.
Sotto’s net satisfaction rating decreased by 4 points from +55 in April 2022.
Article continues after this advertisementOn the other hand, 38 percent of Filipinos said they were satisfied with Velasco’s performance, while 21 percent said they were dissatisfied.

With a final net rating of +16, 15 points higher than his +1 rating in April 2022, the survey found that 35% of respondents were satisfied with Alexander Gesmundo’s performance as Chief Justice, while 18% were dissatisfied.
The SWS said the survey was conducted from June 26 to 29, using face-to-face interviews of 1,500 adults (18 years old and above) nationwide; 300 each in Metro Manila, the Visayas, and Mindanao, and 600 in Balance Luzon.
Its sampling error margins are ±2.5% for national percentages, ±5.7% each for Metro Manila, the Visayas, and Mindanao, and ±4.0% for Balance Luzon.
