3 suspected drug pushers fall in Rizal, Quezon provinces

Alleged drug pusher yields P68K meth in Rizal

LUCENA CITY – Police arrested three suspected drug pushers in  buy-bust operations in Rizal and Quezon provinces on Tuesday, Sept. 27.

The Region 4A police, reported that they collared around 8:45 p.m. Mark Louie Garcia and Marjorie Nano after they allegedly sold shabu (crystal meth) to a police agent in Barangay Lagundi in Morong town.

The suspects yielded seven sachets of meth worth about P51,000.

The two were detained and face complaints of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

In Candelaria town in Quezon, police arrested at 8:40 p.m. an armed drug suspect.

The Candelaria police said in a report Wednesday, Sept. 28, that anti-illegal drugs operatives Jovito Flordeliz, 51, after he sold P500 worth of shabu to a poseur buyer in Barangay Masin Sur.

Authorities seized two sachets of shabu worth P6,180.

Police also recovered from Flordeliz an unlicensed and loaded caliber .38 gun.

The suspect is facing complaints for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and illegal possession of a firearm.
