Construction worker nabbed in Camarines Sur buy-bust

LEGAZPI CITY — A construction worker was arrested in a buy-bust operation Monday in Bula town in Camarines Sur province.
Lieutenant Colonel Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol police spokesperson, reported on Tuesday, Sept. 27, that Silvestre Valencia Jr., 39, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. in Barangay Fabrica.
Authorities recovered two sachets of shabu (crystal meth) worth P3,400 from Valencia.
The suspect is facing charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
