MANILA, Philippines — Classes have been suspended on Monday as Typhoon Karding strikes most parts of Luzon.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has approved the proposal of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council to  suspend of work and classes on Monday, Sept. 26, in Metro Manila and several provinces in the rest of Luzon.
