MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4.1 earthquake jolted Davao Occidental on Tuesday, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
Phivolcs recorded the earthquake at 4:27 a.m. and located its epicenter 181 kilometers southeast of Sarangani Island, Davao Occidental.
The tectonic earthquake’s depth of focus was one kilometer.
Phivolcs reported no intensities, and no aftershocks or damages are expected.
The quake was on the heels of a back-to-back temblor that shook the province on Saturday
