ANGELES CITY — Policemen arrested three people in Pampang village in this city and seized P748,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth), the Central Luzon police disclosed on Monday, August 29
In a statement, Police Regional Office 3 director Brigadier General Cesar Pasiwen identified the arrested suspects as Anisa Ayonan, 41; Amy Caparas, 36; and Martin Caparas, 33.
He said the three were “high-value individuals” in the national police’s campaign against illegal drugs.
The city police and the regional special operations unit carried out the buy-bust operation on August 26.
Seized from the trio were 110 grams of alleged shabu and the marked peso bill used in the sting operation. INQ
