Over P2-M worth shabu seized from 21 drug suspects in Bulacan busts
CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan—Police seized over P2 million worth of shabu (crystal meth) from 21 arrested suspects during a series of buy-bust operations in different towns in Bulacan province on Friday (July 29) and Saturday (July 30).
Bulacan police chief Colonel Charlie Cabradilla said Faisal Lawanza, Faisal Rampa and Makakna Makaangon, all from Quezon City, yielded 14 sachets of 60 grams of shabu worth P408,000 in a buy-bust operation at about 2 a.m. in Barangay (village) Sta. Cruz in Guiguinto town.
At about 9:15 p.m. on Friday, Norhata Hassan, from Silang, Cavite, was arrested at a buy-bust operation in the City of Malolos and yielded 11 sachets of 70 grams of shabu worth P476,000.
Some P1,088,00 worth of 160 grams of shabu were also recovered from Mark Kasma, 27, a security guard from Baseco Compound in Manila and Jonathan Adona, 36, from Marilao town, during a buy-bust operation at about 1 a.m. in Barangay Ibayo, Marilao also on Friday.
Seized from 15 several other drug suspects in different towns were 44 sachets of shabu worth P111,096, the police report said.
