Capiz governor orders: Resume construction of Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital
ILOILO CITY — Capiz Gov. Fredenil Castro on Friday ordered 120 workers to resume the construction of the Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital (RMPH) located in Barangay Lanot, Roxas City.
The mayor hoped to speed up the completion of the five-story hospital, the construction of which started in 2010.
Castro visited all the district hospitals in the province and observed that there was a scarcity of beds and facilities while patients were just lying in the hallway with folding beds because the rooms were full.

He believed that the RMPH would have helped a lot if only its construction was finished.
