MMDA: DPWH to conduct weekend road reblocking, repairs
MANILA, Philippines — Some portions of roads in Metro Manila will be closed during the weekend as the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is set to conduct road repairs and reblocking.
In an advisory on Thursday, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said the following roads will be under repair and reblocking starting 11 p.m. Friday, July 29, until August 1:

- EDSA northbound, Quezon City along Santolan MRT Station (EDSA Carousel Bus lane), after P. Tuazon Flyover to Aurora
- Tunnel 3rd lane from center island (fast lane), after Aurora Blvd. to New York (3rd lane from island, intermittent section), after Kamuning/ Kamias Road to JAC Liner Bus Station (beside center island)
- C-5 Road southbound (2nd lane) Makati City
- Fairview Avenue southbound near Mindanao Avenue Extension (1st lane from center island)
- Cloverleaf (CHN.000- CHN. 258) going to NLEX northbound Quezon City
- Cloverleaf (CHN.000 – CHN 203) going to NLEX southbound
- Cloverleaf (CHN.000 – CHN 234) going to NLEX southbound
- C-5 Katipunan corner C.P. Garcia Avenue
- EDSA southbound Quezon City U-turn Slot Service Road in front of GMA bldg., Service Road 3rd block of Kamuning
- Road intersection, along Service Road (2nd block in front of Police Station)
- EDSA Southbound (Balingasa Creek to Oliveros Footbridge) Quezon City
The MMDA said the roads will be fully passable on August 1 by 5 a.m.
