3 drug suspects busted in Antipolo City; P784K shabu seized

LUCENA CITY – Police arrested three drug suspects  and confiscated and estimated P784,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Antipolo City, Rizal early Wednesday.

The Police Regional Office 4-A, in an initial report said Jeffrey Esguerra, Anastacio Hementiza and Rodel Dizon were nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Barangay (village) Sta. Cruz at around 12:20 a.m.

Seized from the suspects were 32 plastic sachets of shabu weighing 110 grams.

The arrested suspects are under police custody and will face a formal complaint for violation of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
