MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga—The most wanted person in Tarlac had been arrested, the provincial police announced Thursday, July 14.

Colonel Erwin Sanque, Tarlac police chief, said cops on July 12 arrested Rolan Fronda, 18, at Barangay San Gavino in Victoria town.

Judge Lily De Vera of the Tarlac City Regional Trial Court Branch 65 issued the warrant for Fronda for arson and car theft with a recommended bail of P200,000.

“The operation is part of our intensified campaign against wanted persons,” Sanque said. INQ
