Pampanga’s capital city logs 4 new COVID-19 cases
MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga––The City of San Fernando in this province has registered four new COVID-19 cases, data from the city health office showed Wednesday, June 8.
The new cases include two residents of San Agustin village, who tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 on Tuesday, and a resident of Sindalan and another from Santo Niño, who tested positive on Wednesday.
As of Wednesday, the capital city’s active COVID-19 cases stood at eight after three patients recovered.
The villages of Del Rosario, Magliman, San Agustin, and Telabastagan have a single active case each.
San Fernando has recorded 14,325 COVID-19 cases since the pandemic began in 2020. Of this, 13,978 had recovered, while 341 had died.
