MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec), which is sitting as the National Board of Canvassers (NBOC), is looking at proclaiming winners in the senatorial and party-list elections by early next week.
As the NBOC, the Comelec will be canvassing votes for senatorial and party-list polls. The presidential and vice-presidential votes, meanwhile, will be canvassed by Congress after it resumes session on May 23.
