Chavit Singson lines up, casts vote in Narvacan

NARVACAN, Ilocos Sur – Reelectionist Mayor Luis “Chavit” Singson waited patiently in line to cast his vote here on Monday.
Singosn joined the queue of voters at 8:00 a.m. at Sulvec Integrated School and was able to vote at 9:27 a.m.
The former Ilocos Sur governor, who serves as president of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines, was seen chatting with other people in the line.
He refused skipping the line despite being a senior citizen.
