Marcos: Sara Duterte unable to attend Abra sortie due to bad weather in Davao
MANILA, Philippines — Vice presidential candidate Inday Sara Duterte-Carpio was not able to attend the scheduled campaign in Abra due to bad weather in Davao, her running mate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. said Wednesday.
Speaking before their supporters in Abra, Marcos apologized as he explained Duterte-Carpio’s absence from their campaign in the province.
(I would like to apologize since our next vice president could not come because she was not allowed to fly out of Davao because it’s raining there.)
