“Positivity rates drop below 10% in Calabarzon. [National Capital Region], Cavite, Laguna, Quezon, Rizal now at low risk. Batangas is expected to improve to low risk within a few days,” David posted on Twitter.

OCTA Research has earlier reported that Metro Manila is likewise at low risk.

The following are the positivity rates of the provinces in the Calabarzon region:

Batangas – 10 percent

Cavite – 9 percent

Laguna – 8 percent

Quezon – 4 percent

Rizal – 8 percent

The growth rates of Calabarzon provinces range from -50 percent to -59 percent.

Their average daily attack rates (ADARs) are at moderate risk except Quezon which is at very low risk.
