LIGAO CITY, Albay — Vice presidential aspirant and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio personally led the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the BBMSARA22 (Bongbong Marcos-Sara Duterte 2022) headquarters at Doña Pepita Building in Rizal Street in Legazpi City in Albay province Sunday morning.

Duterte-Carpio, onboard a black car, had a motorcade from Daraga town to Legazpi City with lots of supporters waving and welcoming her at the roadsides before heading to the short event at 8 a.m.

“Thank you so much for welcoming us here in Legazpi, for the support and love for me and apo Bongbong Marcos and putting up a regional headquarters,” Sara told the crowd before stepping out of the vehicle. Her running-mate and presidential aspirant Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. was not with her.

Actor Robin Padilla, who is seeking a Senate seat in the May elections under the Marcos-Duterte tandem, also joined the inauguration of the campaign headquarters.

More than 300 supporters from Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Masbate, Sorsogon, Catanduanes and Albay joined the event.
