Rainy Wednesday for eastern Eastern Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao – Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines — Expect rain and overcast skies in the eastern part of Luzon as well as the entire Visayas and Mindanao on Wednesday, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
“Itong eastern section ng Luzon, itong Tuguegarao, Quezon and Aurora meron pa rin tayong inaasahang mahinang pagulan bukas,” said Pagasa weather specialist Nikos Peñaranda.
(In the eastern section of Luzon, in Tuguegarao, Quezon, and Aurora we still have expected light rain tomorrow.)
“Maulan naman pong panahon ang inaasahan natin bukas sa kabisayaan at buong mindanao bunsod na rin itong shear line at itong intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ),” he added.
(Rainy weather, on the other hand, is what we expect tomorrow in the Visayas and Mindanao due to a shear line and the ITCZ,).
Article continues after this advertisementMeanwhile, the rest of the country, including Metro Manila will have fair weather conditions, said Pagasa weather specialist Nikos Peñaranda, but light rains should still be expected.

Puerto Princesa City: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius
Tagaytay: 18 to 27 degrees Celsius
Kalayaan Islands: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
Iloilo City: 23 to 29 degrees Celsius
Cebu: 24 to 29 degrees Celsius
Tacloban City: 23 to 28 degrees Celsius
Cagayan De Oro City: 24 to 29 degrees Celsius

Due to the northeast monsoon, Pagasa raised a gale warning in the seaboards of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Aurora, Eastern coast of Quezon, Northern and eastern coasts of Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Catanduanes, Eastern coast of Albay, Eastern coast of Sorsogon, Northern and eastern coast of Northern Samar, Eastern coast of Eastern Samar, Eastern coast of Dinagat, Eastern coast of Surigao del Norte, Surigao Del Sur and the Eastern coast of Davao Oriental.
Strong waves reaching heights of 2.8 to 5.5 meters are to be expected in these areas.
