MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the release of service recognition incentives of at least P10,000 to all national government employees in recognition of their loyalty as well as their hard work, commitment, and dedication to public service.

“The government continues to acknowledge all public servants for their collective and unceasing participation and invaluable contribution to the establishment of streamlined government process and responsive delivery of services to the public, especially in the midst of the prevailing public health emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic,” the president said in Administrative Order No. 45, signed on Dec. 24 but issued on Monday.

The administrative order granted the incentive to civilian personnel in national government agencies, including state universities and colleges and government-owned and/or -controlled corporations occupying regular, contractual, or casual positions.
