MANILA, Philippines — A shear line and the northeast monsoon, or the “amihan” will bring overcast skies and rain in most parts of the country on Tuesday, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

According to Pagasa weather specialist Ana Clauren, the “amihan” will bring light to moderate to at times heavy rain in the eastern section of Luzon particularly in Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, and Bicol Region.
