P13,600 worth shabu seized in Naga City

LEGAZPI CITY—A suspected drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation Wednesday in Naga City in Camarines Sur.

Master Sergeant Tobias Bongon, Naga City police spokesperson, said Henry Saavedra, 34, sold a sachet of shabu (crystal meth) worth P7,500 to an undercover agent in Barangay San Felipe around 4:30 a.m.

Police recovered three sachets of shabu from the suspect. Bongon said the police recovered a total of two grams of shabu worth P13,600.

The arrested suspect faces a charge for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
