1.3 million Moderna COVID-19 vaccine doses delivered to PH
MANILA, Philippines — Around 1.3 million doses of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines were delivered to the Philippines on Tuesday evening, the National Task Force Against COVID-19 said.
The 1,358,600 doses were procured by the private sector. It was shipped via Korean Air flight KE623, which touched down at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport around 9 p.m.
The country likewise received the following vaccine donations on the same day:
-1,623,960 Pfizer vaccine doses from the United States
-1,697,000 AstraZeneca vaccine doses from France
-500,000 AstraZeneca vaccine doses from Argentina

Article continues after this advertisementWith these deliveries, the country got a total of 192,344,945 various COVID-19 vaccines since arrivals started in February.
To date, the country has fully immunized 44.2 million individuals.
