ANGELES CITY––Police arrested two suspected drug peddlers and confiscated P700,400 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) during a buy-bust operation Wednesday, Nov. 3, at Ninoy Aquino village in this city.

The Central Luzon police said the arrested suspects, Rommel Carlos and Elizabeth Cabredo, have been tagged by the police as “high-value individuals” in the campaign against illegal drugs.

Three sachets and a plastic bag of alleged shabu weighing 103 grams were allegedly confiscated from the duo.

The police said they also recovered from one of the suspects the marked P500 bill used in the sting operation.
