Ex-DAR chief lauds Moreno-Ong platform as FVR admin’s Cabinet men meet ‘yorme’
MANILA, Philippines — Several cabinet secretaries of former President Fidel V. Ramos held Wednesday a dialogue with Manila City Mayor and presidential aspirant Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso.
The former national government officials and Moreno discussed the mayor’s future plans for the country if elected president in the 2022 national elections.
Moreno will run under the Aksyon Demokratiko party in tandem with Dr. Willie Ong as his vice president in next year’s polls.
“You can feel a brighter future. Nasa plataporma nila (Moreno-Ong) — sugpuin ang pandemya, buhayin ang ekonomiya. They put emphasis sa maliliit na tao na may maliliit na income,” said former Department of Agrarian Reform secretary Hernani Braganza.
Also physically present during the courtesy call were former labor chief and executive secretary Ruben Torres; Danny Fausto, President of Philippine Chamber of Agriculture and Food; and Elias Inchong, President of United Broilers Raisers Association.
