Cloudy Friday in parts of N. Luzon due to Amihan; fair weather in rest of PH – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — The northeastern monsoon or the “Amihan season” will continue to bring cloudy skies and light rains over Cagayan Valley, Quezon Province and Bicol Region on Friday, while the rest of the country will have fair weather, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
