MANILA, Philippines — Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto on Sunday said all government employees who have been serving for at least 10 years in the city will be regularized.
This policy will take effect by January, according to Sotto through a Twitter post.
“Effective January, practically all employees who have been with the city government for at least 10years will officially be regular/permanent employees,” said Sotto.
Sotto’s promise came after the city government recently announced that it has already regularized 1,957 government employees in just a span of two years.
“We started with those 20+ [years] in service. Now processing those 10+ [years],” said Sotto.
When this photo was taken last year, i was so happy. June 2020- isa sa unang bunga ng HR reform program natin, nakapag regularize tayo ng 100.
