CEBU CITY—The daughter of the late Rep. Raul del Mar filed Tuesday her certificate of candidacy (COC) for the representative of this city’s north district.

Rachel Marguerite “Cutie” del Mar said during an interview that she wanted to continue the legacy of her father, who died on Nov. 16, 2020.
