Suspect tagged as top 1 drug personality in Biliran province arrested

ORMOC CITY – A suspected drug personality in Eastern Visayas was arrested by authorities in a drug bust operation in Barangay Tucdao, Kawayan town, Biliran on Saturday, Sept. 25.

Greg Cabintoy, 44, was tagged by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Authority (PDEA) as the top 5 drug personality in the region and the top 1 drug personality in the Province of Biliran.

Recovered from the possession of the suspect was one sachet of shabu procured by a poseur agent in the amount of P500.

Five more sachets containing shabu with an estimated weight of three grams and a street value of P20,400 were found in his possession.

The suspect denied involvement in the illegal drug’s trade.

Charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act were being readied by the PDEA against the suspect.
