6 men nabbed for alleged sexual offenses, child abuse in Tarlac

MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga—Police arrested six suspects charged with sexual offenses and child abuse in separate operations on Tuesday, Sept. 7, in Tarlac.

Col. Renante Cabico, Tarlac police director, said the arrested suspects were subjects of court-issued arrest warrants.

In Cacamilingan Norte village in Camiling town, police arrested Albert Valdez, 23, after Judge Francis William Espinola of the Camiling Regional Trial Court Branch 68 issued a warrant of arrest for rape with no bail recommended and acts of lasciviousness with P80,000 recommended bail.

In Marmonit village, Mayantoc, police arrested Agosto Lagunero, 40, in compliance with the warrant of arrest also issued by Judge Espinola for the crime of rape with no bail recommended.

One Aldrin Reodique, 19, was arrested in Cristo Rey village in Capas town after Judge Ronald Haban of the Capas RTC Branch 66 issued an arrest warrant against him for qualified trafficking in person in violation of Republic Act 9208 with no bail recommended.

The police also arrested Jovy Garcia, 25, in Sta. Monica village in Concepcion town after Judge Haban issued a warrant of arrest against the suspect for violation of the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act with P80,000 recommended bail.

Danilo Tagaro, 48, resident of Comillas village in La Paz town, was also arrested based on the warrant issued by Judge Joeferson Toribio of Tarlac City RTC Branch 11 for the same offense with P72,000 recommended bail.

In Barangay Burot, Tarlac City, police arrested Orlando Tatlonghari, 56, after Judge Toribio issued an arrest warrant against him for the same offense with recommended bail of P72,000. INQ
