CA confirms 40 senior military officials

MANILA, Philippines — Forty senior military officials were confirmed by the powerful Commission on Appointments (CA) on Wednesday.

No CA member objected when Cavite 6th District Representative Luis “Jon-Jon” Ferrer IV recommended the nomination of Jeffrey Vilela to the rank of brigadier general, and the appointments of the following:
