Pagasa: Most of PH to see fair Tuesday weather
MANILA, Philippines — A large portion of the Philippines will experience fair weather on Tuesday as the easterlies continue to affect the country’s weather, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
However, isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms may still occur, said Pagasa senior weather specialist Meno Mendoza.
“Sa kasalukuyan ay nakakaapekto ang easterlies o mainit na hanging nagmumula sa Dagat Pasipiko dito sa buong kapuluan kaya’t malaking bahagi ng ating bansa ay makakaranas ng maaliwalas na panahon, ngunit asahan ang pagkakaroon ng panandaliang buhos ng ulan dulot ng localized thunderstorms,” he said in a weather forecast.
(At present, the easterlies or warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean affect the country that’s why a large portion of the country will experience fair weather. However, isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms may still be expected.)
According to Pagasa, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, and most parts of Mindanao will see fair weather on Tuesday.
