Zambales logs 5 more COVID-19 deaths
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales – At least five more COVID-19 related deaths were registered in Zambales on Tuesday (July 13), bringing the province’s total death toll to 95.
Citing the latest data, Dr. Noel Bueno, provincial health director, said the new fatalities were elderly patients aged 64-80.
All of them had existing ailments, such as pneumonia and other respiratory diseases.
Bueno also reported that 15 new COVID-19 patients aged 1-92 were reported on the same day.
Two of the new cases are from the Naval Education, Training and Doctrine Command in this town.
To date, the province has recorded a total of 3,741 COVID-19 cases since last year, 342 of which remained active, and 3,303 had already recovered.
