CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) here has confiscated on Thursday (July 1) 13 knocked-down mini-vans and a military jeep from Japan which were wrongfully declared in the importation papers.

Oliver Valiente, chief of the Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service in Northern Mindanao, said the cargo were declared as “used truck parts” which turned out to be disassembled Mazda Scrum mini-vans.

The knocked down military jeep was also mixed in the same container van, Valiente added.
