PNP logs 115 new COVID-19 cases

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Sunday said it has logged 115 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number of infections to 22,754, including 1,483 active cases. 

The PNP Health Service has also recorded 92 new recoveries, bringing total number of recoveries to 21,208.

The death toll remains at 63.

The Department of Health said that the country’s total number of infections as of May 22 is at 1,178,217 cases, with 54,236 active cases, and 19,946 deaths.
