Health protocol violators in QC to be fined on the spot

Individuals caught not wearing masks or violating quarantine measures in Quezon City will be fined on the spot, to send a sterner message to residents to continue practicing minimum health standards amid rising virus cases in the city.

Prior to this, violators were only issued with ordinance violation receipts and given five days to pay the fine.

First and second-time violators are fined P300 and P500, while third time violators are fined P1,000. —Nikka G. Valenzuela
