Habal driver gunned down
A 30-year-old habal-habal (motorcycle-for-hire) driver was shot dead by two unidentified men in barangay Valencia, Carcar City, southern Cebu.
Frederick Pancit was shot while he was driving a motorcycle with his 44-year-old sister riding with him, said police.
Police said Pancit was headed to barangay Poblacion III when he was attacked around 5 p.m. last Thursday.

Pancit was driving along a road in sitio Pang-pang when he was shot from behind by the backrider of another motorcycle.
