TUGUEGARAO CITY—Two persons were rescued after the engine of their boat stalled while they were fishing in a river in Pamplona, Cagayan province on Thursday (Dec. 17).
The boat, with cousins Jonard and Lito Sebastian on board, was swept away by strong current and was stuck in the middle of the river.
Villagers found the two, who were rescued by the town’s quick response team.
