All patrons and employees present did not wear any face masks during the gathering. According to the report, a dancer was also drinking while manning the liquor bar.

Cuomo stated that the club had violated the statewide 10 p.m. curfew implemented on bars and restaurants due to the COVID-19 crisis. Days after shutting down the party, the state suspended the club’s liquor license on Dec. 4.
